I Would like to kill HRP on my bot, how can i do ?
(I don't want to strip)

Try including 0.05% sodium azide in the solution for your next primary. If the signal wasn't blaring on the first go-round, this should do the trick.

Or try incubating your blot in 0.4M NaOH for 20 min in room temp. on a shaker.
