To take an expression at 30 C, is it necessary to gtor the cell to 0.6 OD at 30 C, or one can grow the cell at 37 till the require OD and can induce the cell and let them grow at 30 C???

Hola, you can growt untill the induction OD, then low at 30 or 25 ºC and when the culture gets such temp. induce. Buena suerte
