Dear all，
I want to run a BN-PAGE，but my protein‘s pI>8.8! Can I run it?

the coomassie should have an effect similar to sds (impart a net negative charge to the protein, but without denaturing it). if your protein is not too precious then you can try. otherwise try a similar, less precious protein.
disclaimer, i have read about but not tried bn-page.
