collagen type I ELISA - (Oct/28/2009 )

Has anybody tried ELISA for collagen type I using ELISA kit from Chondrex ? i tried like million times and never worked. although i did gel separation i could see the band .
i want to use a new KIT from different company but i want to check before spending all that money .

I'm not familiar with the Chondrex Collagen ELISA, but Cosmo Bio sells a Human Collagen I ELISA. They currently have a promotion for it until the end of the year. Check it out on this link:
