May I know what is the difference between these 2 glycoprotein stains:

Pro-Q-Emerald 488 vs. Pro-Q-Emerald 300?

Pro-Q Emerald 300 stain, Ex/Em = 280/530 nm

Pro-Q Emerald 488 stain, Ex/Em = 510/520 nm
