The classic scientific English debate.

What does the non-American scientist in this forum use when writing papers/posters/presentations?
E.g. Immunise or immunize?
E.g. Sulphur or sulfur?

Does it depend on where you submit your manuscript?

How about the issue with metric system? Celsius vs. Fahrenheit?
