Can someone help me on how to write a good result and discussion about gene expression on on gel electrophoresis for my report

thats a very open question.
Maybe you need to check a few papers and see how they wrote it?
Someone else cant really write your ending and esp without the information needed to write.

check google scholar, there are some useful papers there
