Online journal club? - (May/19/2011 )

I was wondering whether anyone knew of a place online where people could comment on specific papers. Ideally, it would use PubMed to assign pages to each and every paper and then people would search for the paper of interest and read comments already posted and/or post comments or questions. There's a website called journalreview.org but it isn't used very much and is designed around those in the medical profession. Also, I submitted a comment on a paper and the page just went blank/comment was lost.

You can find something like you need at Mendeley reference manager website. They have communities on different topics where people share references, comment etc.
