scientific powerpoint - (Feb/22/2011 )
Hi, friends,
I have a question about powerpoint.
Normally when we attend a biological presentation you would see that the presenter has very nice powerpoint slides with cool pictures relevant to their project, especially those very cool diagrams explaining a pathway or a insight of cells, protein etc.
Maybe this is already well-known, but since I am new so I still would like to ask how you can achieve these cool pics/diagrams?
Any answer is appreciated!! Thanks a lot!!

you can use figures from this site to draw your own pathway for instance (Servier Medical Art):

It shows an error when I clicked on the link
That website is definitely cool, but I am interested in the Software/tools that we can use to draw biological illustrations from scratch on our own. Any one knows?
