can i erase the content which i've posted in the forum?if so pls tel me how

wouldn't you want to keep the post so that if someone has a similar questions, they can have the answer quickly?

Its possible yes (but not always)
There is a delete button at the bottom of your to your post (next to the edit, reply and multiquote buttons) so you can delete it... however the delete button only stays there if no one else posted a message replying to yours..
SO you can go and delete every post you ever made.
(and I also think the delete button is only active for some time, even if no one replied to your post).
