CHIP FOR CBP - (Oct/02/2005 )

I am trying to do ChIP for CBP in my cell lines. I have serious problems as I dont get enough signal from the control genomic regions. I used Santa Cuz antibody CBP A-22 (sc-369). Has anybody tried this antibody and got any tips to make this work? Is there a trick to make CBP antibody work?

Sorry but I don't quite understand your situation.
you said you didn't get enough signal form control genomic regions, do you mean PCR product?
Then you mentioned about the santa cruz antibody, do you mean your antibody did not work?
