Growing conditions for OE21 & OE33 cells - (Sep/29/2005 )

Hi,

I need some help in finding information on " growing, feeding and splitting cell line named OE21 (also known as JROECL21) & OE33".

How long does the cell line to grow and how many stages?
These cell line are Human Caucasian oesophageal carcinoma.

Any response will be much appreciated.

you can do an online search. Check with the manufacturer. You might even have to call the tech support person of that company who makes the cell lines. They can answer you questions. Goodluck!
