DC migration after ip injection - (Sep/28/2005 )

Hi everyone,

Question: If I were to inject dendritic cells into a mouse by intra-peritoneal (ip) injection, does anyone know what lymph nodes to check for an immune response????? (I usually just check the spleen.)
