purification of Anti-p24 antibody - purification of Anti-p24 antibody (Sep/26/2005 )

I want to purify anti-p24 antibody from serum.I need this antibody to conjugate with HRP for an ELISA.

Any suggestions as to how to go about it.Please send me suitable links if possible so that I can try it out.
