HL60 in culture and differentiation - (Sep/20/2005 )

Hi,

I want to cultured HL60 and differentiated them with some agent as DMSO, PMA, ATRA,...
If someone had some info to give me, as time of inducing, density of cells to plate, test Ca2+ or cAMP to do , with protocols...
