Sonicater or Nebulizer - (Feb/02/2001 )

I'm looking for an sonicater or nebulizer appartus that can generate physical shearing of BAC DNA for subcloning in sequencing vector

Is there any commercial cheap appartus or we have to build our own system?

If so what kind of appartus I need for ? (nitrogen source? pump? etc...)
