suicide gene in bacteria - urgent help needed please. (Sep/05/2005 )

Hi.
Idea is this : in a positive screen of bacterias, B gal is activated and bacteria is blue.
Then i want to do a negative screen in witch, when the reporter gene is activated, bacteria is killed...
Can you help me ?
I can't find candidate.

thanks a million for your help. Yes CcdB gene was the one i was looking for. the system of eurogentex doesn't really fit to waht i wanted to do, but that's a good tool for an other exp.
