methylation sensitive restriction site - (Aug/31/2005 )

Hi, guys,
I have to cut the XbaI site in pEGFP-C1 where the restriction site is methylation sensitive. The plasmid DNA is miniprep from DH5a strain. What kinds of competent cell should I select for transformation to get the demethylated DNA?
