Hi!

I'm looking for informations concerning E. coli electrotransformation enhancment : DNA desalting? Ligase phenol extraction? DNA/cells incubation? ....

Not having too much salt is a good idea for electroporation. Not having too much protein around is also a good idea.

Is your reaction so inefficiënt that you need to enhance your electroporation performance? Most people I know just do reactions and then heat-shock transform the bacteria and get good results.
