PLEASE TELL MW WHICH MOLECULAR BASED TEST CAN BE USED FOR DIAGONSTICS PURPOSE.

Probably just about any decent one. So long as you do the proper validation.

PCR test is good one for the diagnostic purposes.
ELISA.
You need find out which molecular tool would be appropriate in order to answer your research question and in same time be valid.
Sensitivity and specificity of the test are the key for the diagnostic tools.

PCR, Sequencing, real time PCR, PFGE, westernblotting, ELISA, FACS

are methods successfully used in diagnostics that come to my mind, maybe i can think of more later...
