NCBI-Nucleotide Problems - PROS1 Sequence (Aug/30/2005 )

Can somebody tell me the difference between AH002976 and AH002948? What is the riht sequence? I am searching for primers to diffentiate between Protein S alpha and the pseudogen beta (human). What does CDS exactly mean. I am searchnig for SNPs.

CDS is the coding sequence of the gene, if you want to visualise SNPs might I suggest you have a look at the Genome Broswer page, there is a SNP track and has all of NCBI's dataset annotated in a visually pleasing format on the browser.
