How to detect leucine amino arylamidase - (May/19/2002 )

Dear all.
As I have the purified BBMV protein but I wanna confirm that the proteins are from midgut. And I decided to detect leucine amino acid arylamidase. But I have no information in my hand. I also tried to search from apbiotech and promega but they didn't help. Could you guys give me a protocol for detection or the detection kit for this enzyme marker.

Leucine Arylamidase assays belong to the Pre-Promega era. I suggest looking into Bergey's Enzymology Manual Volumes I through V.
