mcf-7 proliferation - (Aug/18/2005 )

Hi,
Does any one have a reference to a paper which looks at the proliferation rate of MCF-7 cells exposed to estrogen and cycloheximide?

10ug/mL for 30 minutes before adding (in my case) estrogen for 24 hours.

my MCF-7's didn't alter their growth pattern at all. They grew almost exactly the same as the MCF-7's exposed to estrogen alone. I've got a paper somewhere, but it'll take a while to actually dig it out (I'll send it to you if it still exists).
