mouse Fibroblast specific surface markers??? - how to gate out mouse Fibroblast cells in FACS (Aug/18/2005 )

Hello, everyone,
i want to sort the human tumor cells from the nude mice xenograft. but i don't know if there is any mouse fibroblast cell specific antibodies that could be used to gate out the mouse fibroblast cells from the xenograft?
any ideas would be appreciated.

Why not do it the other way around. What kind of tumors are they? You can use a tumor specific marker. Might be easier as you don't only have fibroblasts in the stroma of a tumor but also mouse endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, macrophages, neutrophils etc etc etc.
