Promoter analysis for transcription factors - (Aug/18/2005 )

Hi,

I would like to analyze some promoter elements for transcription factor binding sites with my custom list of transcription factors. Can anyone please suggest me some software or some sotes where I can do the same and restrict the output to my set of TFs? I tried to look into www.genomatix.de and some other sites but I could not figure out if I could restrict the outpout to my custom list. Thanks!

try siteseer you can input your own factor binding sites and look only for those.
