depends on the diameter of the rotor...
But you can find tips on the manufacturer's website and/or hotline.

Find a nomogram such as is on this site : http://aquaticpath.umd.edu/nomogram.html

Print it out and use a ruler to measure the diameter of your centrifuge, then place the ruler across the nomogram, so that your RPM and diameter ar in a line, the RCF can be read off the third column.
