Lysis buffer - muscle cells lysis (Aug/15/2005 )

Hi

do u guys have a recipe for stron lysis buffer for muscle cells? i am trying to look for GDNF. and will be using cell culture model and actual tissue biopsy.

Hi Orion,
could you find a strong lysis buffer as even I am looking one for detection of cytoplasmic protein so should be strong enough to break open all organelles as well. Please let me know.
