How to culture the dissociated cells from embryonic day (E) 13.5 mouse embryos for immunostaining and growth cone turning assay?

its not easy to explain I recomend reading the book "Culturing Nerve Cells" Banker and Goslin, Editors.

very good book with all the basic and advance methods

I am afraid that heartflying do not know how to dissect the E13.5 neuron. right?
