Waw ! sorry but, what is nanodrop ? this is first time I hear about it ? maybe I'm late and crazy to follow bionews ?
What is its principal ? and how do it ?

This is the first I've heard of it as well. Apparently, it is a cuvette-less spec that gives accurate readings using only 1 uL of sample. It basically relies on the surface tension of your sample to form a column without using a cuvette. Do a google search for Nanodrop and you'll get a bunch of hits and even a review from biocompare.com
