I have published a couple papers on FasL during my masters. I would say it is possible that FasL intracellular domain is phosphorylated (I always suspected it...), but there is to my knowledge no documented evidence that FasL is a phosphoprotein. You can PM me if you want to discuss it further. I have no conflict of interest since I no longer study FasL and my old lab shut down anyways.....

On the same topic, does anyone know of any FasL or TNF-alpha antibodies which have been able to activate the extrinsic apoptotic pathway in CHO cells?

I'm looking to activate only that pathway in CHO cells, but so far, have been unable to find a FasL or TNF-alpha antibody which is able to do so in CHO cells.

If anyone has any other suggestions for activating that pathway in CHO cells, it would be greatly appreciated.
