mouse aortic smooth muscle cell isolation - cell culture (Jul/27/2005 )

Does anyone know approximately how long it takes to actually start seeing cells after culturing mouse aortic SMC?

3 or 4 days? If i remember well. Actually you can see the cell immediately after it attaches the plate.
