Transfect/Infect hematopoietic cells - What vector systems to use? (Jul/26/2005 )

Is the retroviral system the only way to introduce DNA into hematopoietic cells like HL60 etc? Any other ways? Viral/vector systems?

Hi,
I tried AMAXA nucleofector. I have positive experience with HL60 and U937 with non-viral vectors.
