Washing G sepharose - (Jul/23/2005 )

I am performing a native ChIp experiment. What does happen when the Sepharose is washed with increasing salt concentrations? Which speed is recommendable to spin it down for washing? Thanks for any help!

higher [salt] removes some non-specific bounded proteins.
For spin down, I use 2000 rpm for 1min
