How to find long repeats? - (Jul/21/2005 )

hi,
Could somebody tell me how to find the long repeats(>50bp) in genes?
whether any soft can achieve it ?

A simple way is to blast the sequence against itself. Simply load the sequence
in both windows of the blast page.
