qRT-PCR data analysis - (Jul/19/2005 )

Hi,

I am looking for a program that would allow me to visually analyze quantitative data from a number of genes which had been run on a number of samples (Similar to microarray analysis format with intensity or color substituted for an actual number). Can anyone recommend anything?

I am not quite sure if that program will help you but try REST --just google it along with Pfaffl.
