What is the content of PCR master mix for Real Time PCR? How to make it stable at 4 degrees for weeks ?

We bought master mix for real time PCR. There are SYBR Green master mix and Taqman master mix according to the method you use. The master mix include all the components for real time PCR except your primers and tempate. If I didn't make a mistake, you mean you will prepare master mix by your self. I suggest you buy it , it is more stable and convient.

Thank You for reply. Yes, You are right. I meant how to prepare home-made RQ-PCR buffer? What kind of additives makes PCR buffer with polymerase stable for long period at 4? Or is it stable by default with Hot start polymerases?
