Qiagen columns - (Jul/13/2005 )

Hi,

Does anyone know if the Qiagen miniprep columns (blue) can remove a 60 bp fragment?

The PCR Purification columns (purple) can remove up to 100 bp fragments, but I am not sure about the blue columns.

Hi,

Why do you use the QIAprep columns to remove a 60bp fragment? I think even with the pink columns you are not able to cleanup such a small fragment.

I would recommend to use conventional methods.
