Diluting of first strand cDNA sample - (Jul/12/2005 )

Does anyone know why they using "cDNA reaction dNTPs" for diluting of cDNA sample? This protocol seems very complicated. Do you have any other simplier protocols?

It seems to me that just tells you how to assemble the RT reaction. Note that protocol was last revised in 1995.

After RT, I usually dilute my 25 ul RT reaction to 50-100 ul with dd water.

I our lab, we dilute rt rxn 1:10 with depc water prior to pcr.
