Extracting emmission spectra from flow cytrometry data - (Jul/12/2005 )

Hi,

I am a novice to the world of flow cytrometry!


What i want to do is generate emmission spectra for a large number of multicolored beads. i.e intensity against wavelength. Is this possible?
