methods to 'quantify' morphology change in siRNA treated cells - (Jun/30/2005 )

Hello there,

I am doing RNAi experiments and observed a morphological change in the cells treated with siRNA oligos.
I was wondering whether there are methods which will allow me to 'quantify' such change. (I was thinking about working out the % of sick cells by counting the number of 'funny' looking cells out of e.g. 100 cells). Any advice would be appreciated as my eyes will go funny very soon!

I would say just take as many pictures of your cells as possible both under high and low power to document your findings. Later you can analyze them in whatever way you want.
