cloning 60nt Oligos - Help (Mar/08/2002 )

I am trying to clone 60nt Oligos to pYes2 plasmid,  who can give me a detail protocol or advice?

Hi,
why don't you synthetis two 64 oligos ? You could hybridize them togheter and thus create restriction sites on both sides...
simply ligates into your vector cut with the corresponding Restriction enzymes.
