hi everyone,

can anyone tell me where to find a general protocol for proliferation assay? is it necessary to use pure antigen or peptide? thanks

can u specify what do u want to proliferate and by using which antigen? different types of antigens can be used . it depends on ur study . ag can b crude or purified fraction or peptide. u should also include ONE non specific antigen like PHA or Con A and one contrl without adding antigen.
