EIA plate coating - (Jun/24/2005 )

I am wondering if anyone has used less than an overnight 4 deg. incubation in coating plates. What's the minimum time? I use Nunc Immunosorb plates.

perhaps you can try the the following condition:37℃3hrs
in fact, i have many data to improve that it have no more different with 4℃over night.

The nunc plates are the best for passive adsorption. I used carbonate buffer with 2-3 hours of coating at RT or overnight at 4C. Adsorption should be fairly rapid.
