Has anyone got an easy / straightforward / quick method for lymphocyte purification from whole blood ?

Hello! We are making lymphocytes extraction from whole blood using Lymphoprep from Axis-Shield. It is cheaper than Ficoll and very simple, you could see it in the protocol that I have attached.
