Calculating correct melting temperature for primers - (Jun/21/2005 )

How can I know the exact Tm of my oligos. Diffent softwares give different results?

Check the parameters within the software. The melting temperature is highly dependant on the salt concentration in the reaction, I tend to find if you customise the salt parameter in the software it will come out with approximately the same Tm.
