i wonder if there would be any effects on gene's expression if the plasmid got 3 genes resistance to antibiotic?

Do you mean resistance to three different antibiotics or three copies of a gene to a single antibiotic? Many plasmids contain two different resistance genes without any problem. Three are probably OK. Multiple copies of a single gene will probably result in recombination, eliminating parts of the two extra copies.
