frozen sections on mose embryos - (Jun/17/2005 )

Hello. I am working with frozen sections of mouse embryos and trying to find the optimal
sectioning temperature for the specimen and for the block. Any recommendations?

Most tissues can be cut around -20 deg C. We cut embryos at -20 deg C here but I am not sure if it is *optimal*. I would start there and go up or down 2 deg and see what works best.
