How can we measure the concentration of reverse-transcribed RNA based on the initial RNA concentration?

before doning your RT assay, make a quzntitation of your RNA samples. After doing your RT on 30ng of RNA (just for example) you may add for your exp half of the volume of reverse transcribed RNA volume.
