I am performancing cytoskeleton in phloem. Who could kind to afford me protocols about In situ PCR/hybridization so that I can detect the transcript of RNA in plant tissue? Thank you!

There are very FEW references out there for in situ in plants. I does work. When it work well you can achieve great sub-cellular localization.
