what is the better way to trasport RNA and cDNA between two lab in different city?......

Dry ice would be my perferred packing and then just get a courier.

Do you have a Lyophilizer or freeze dryer in your institute?
Lyophilized your sample and transfer by courier.
That how I get my west nile virus RNA from CSIRO.
Your RNA will be very stable and even can send by room temperature.
